Prior to co-founding Theia, John worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. on the investment team within the real estate private equity group. John began his career at Goldman in the Institutional Sales group. John holds a BA in History from Yale University, where he was a member of the varsity golf team. John also holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he studied data science, finance, and blockchain.
Prior to co-founding Theia, Felipe was a Vice President and early employee at BayPine, a private equity firm focused on creating value through digital transformation within traditional industries. Felipe was also a Vice President at Declaration Partners, the family office of David Rubenstein. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at JLL Partners, investing in buyout and growth equity transactions across healthcare, business services and industrials. Felipe holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.
Noah was previously an associate on the investment team at ParaFi Capital, a large venture capital fund investing in DeFi. Prior to ParaFi, Noah was the portfolio manager of Gold Beech Capital, a crypto investment fund. Noah graduated with a B.A. in finance from Indiana University, where he was president of the Blockchain Club.
